Rainbow Dash Shares a Happy Birthday Message

My mom's birthday was yesterday (the 21st) and she really likes Rainbow Dash.  I know there are some errors - looking at it now - with the way the rainbow flows, but... I kind fo like how it looks.  I also rather like how I did Rainbow Dash herself...
